Below are some frequently asked and general questions.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders will be despatched once your payment has been processed. All parcels will be sent First Class by Royal Mail. You should expect your delivery to arrive within 2 - 3 working days, if you have requested standard delivery. Please contact us if you have not received your order within two weeks of the order date. If you live in a remote location then please allow an extra day or two for your delivery to arrive.

How much will I be charged for packaging and postage?
We charge a flat rate of £2.75 per order, no matter how much you order. This cost will automatically be added on at the 'checkout' for you.

Is this website secure and is it safe to enter my personal details?
When you are required to enter any personal or payment details you will be taken to a secure area of the website that uses an encrypted connection. You will notice a padlock symbol in the address bar showing that it is secure. Up to date security technology is used on this website to ensure that your personal details are protected.

How do I return an unwanted item?
Within your delivery you will find a returns note explaining what to do if you wish to return an item. You will need to email us to explain the problem and then we will make arrangements with you for the return. Please make sure that you state why the item is being returned. This will help us to ensure that we keep the most appropriate items for our customers in stock. Although we do not offer a free returns service you should ask for a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you send the parcel. These are free and will help us to track down any items that may go missing in the post. Once the unused/unworn item has been received and checked by SporteeKidz, we will refund the money directly to the card used to make the purchase. If you are returning part of an offer the whole package mut be returned.
Please note: We cannot accept returns of items of unwanted clothing that have had a name label ironed into them, or gumshields, drink bottles or items of swimwear for hygeine reasons.



How do I return an item that is faulty?
Please contact us via email at sales@sporteekidz.com explaining the problem and we will make arrangements to replace or refund the item.

Can I check the status of my order?
Yes you can. By entering the "My Account" area of the website you will be able to see the status of your order. When you order something from SporteeKidz you will be invited to register your details in order to create your 'account'. These details will of course remain encrypted and will only be accessible by SporteeKidz and yourself. By using the username and password that you create you will be able to change any of your personal details at anytime by logging into your 'account' through the SporteeKidz home page.

How do I know that the product I want is in stock?
If, on the rare occasion, a product is out of stock, you will not be able to click the "Add to Cart" button. We should be able to replace items that are out of stock extremely quickly, so if the product you want is not available, it should only be a matter of days before you will be able to purchase it.
